Kevin Duarte

Kevin Duarte, joined PwC in 2003 after graduating in Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University. Kevin is a Partner of the firm and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

During his time with the firm he has specialised in providing external audit, non-audit assurance and internal audit services to a wide range of clients including construction companies, Government controlled entities, solicitor accountant's reports and financial services, predominantly dealing with insurance, fiduciary and e-money licensed entities.

Kevin has also assisted the Advisory Partner in managing members voluntary and insolvent liquidations and in completing due diligence and valuations engagements.

With regards to his non-client responsibilities, Kevin is the firm's PRI and therefore responsible for all independence compliance matters. Kevin also leads the assurance department’s annual recruitment drive and summer student internship programme.

In 2015 Kevin formed part of a PwC global team that performed a ECR review of a fellow PwC network firm.

He is currently an active member of the audit faculty for the Gibraltar Society of Accountants. In 2014, Kevin was a key member of the Society's finance faculty which dealt with the adoption and integration of New UK Accounting Standards.

Kevin has a keen interest in football. From 2013 to 2020 Kevin served as the Financial Officer of Lincoln Red Imps Football Club and he played an instrumental role in ensuring that the football club complied with UEFA club licensing requirements. 

In February 2022 Kevin was appointed to the Gibraltar Football Association's Governance & Strategy Board.
