PwC Gibraltar: CTMS Limited (Liquidation)
On 27th October 2023, the Supreme Court of Gibraltar ordered that the administration of Castle Trust and Management Services Limited ("CTMS") be converted into liquidation and that Edgar Lavarello and Luke Walsh be appointed as joint liquidators of CTMS. A copy of the court order is linked below for your records.
A creditors committee was formed when the company was in administration and in accordance with Rule 310(2) of the Insolvency Rules 2014, the creditors committee of the administration continues as if appointed in the liquidation. The members are automatically considered to be members or observers of the creditors committee in the liquidation proceedings.
