PwC Gibraltar: New Lotus Web Limited
On the 30th day of July 2026, Luke Walsh of PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited, 327 Main Street, Gibraltar was appointed as liquidator of New Lotus Web Limited (in liquidation) by the Supreme Court of Gibraltar. A copy of the court order can be found below.
The first meeting of creditors took place virtually on Thursday, 13 August 2026 at 11:00 am (CET).
At that meeting, creditors voted not to form a creditor's committee. The liquidator will look to hold another creditor's meeting at some point in the future.
