PwC Gibraltar: New Lotus Web Limited

On the 30th day of July 2026, Luke Walsh of PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited, 327 Main Street, Gibraltar was appointed as liquidator of New Lotus Web Limited (in liquidation) by the Supreme Court of Gibraltar. A copy of the court order can be found below.

The first meeting of creditors will be held virtually on Thursday, 13 August 2026 at 11:00 am (CET).

If you believe yourself to be a creditor and wish to receive access to the virtual meeting link, please download and complete the Claim Form, which should be sent together with copies of all documents required to prove your claim to gi_nlw@pwc.com with the email titled “Claim Form”.

If you cannot attend and wish to be represented at the first meeting of creditors, you may complete a Proxy Form, which should be completed and returned to us at gi_nlw@pwc.com.
