PwC Gibraltar: Genelec

On the 9^th day of March 2026, Luke Walsh of PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited, 327 Main Street, Gibraltar was appointed as liquidator of Genelec Installations Limited (in liquidation) by the Supreme Court of Gibraltar. A copy of the sealed court order can be found below.

The first meeting of creditors will be held on Thursday, 26 March 2026 at 10:00 am (CET) and will be held at our offices, located at 327 Main Street.

If you believe yourself to be a creditor, please download and complete the Claim Form which should be sent together with copies of all documents required to prove your claim to gi_genelec@pwc.com with the email titled “Claim Form”.

If you cannot attend and wish to be represented at the first meeting of creditors, you may complete a Proxy Form which should be completed and returned to us at gi_genelec@pwc.com.
